These are some of my goals I would like to accomplish, in no particular order.
  • Walk a 5k
  • Run 1 mile nonstop
  • Run a 5k nonstop
  • Complete a half marathon
  • Do an unassisted pull-up
  • Master the sit up, commonly used in Pilates and Barre class.
  • Master the splits
  • Complete the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution with no interruption
  • Complete Insanity with no interruption
  • Get scuba certified
  • Find a new job
  • Visit Russia
  • Visit Italy
  • Earn my Masters in Nursing
  • Lose 10 lbs
  • Lose 20 lbs
  • Lose 30 lbs
  • Lose 40 lbs
  • Lose 50 lbs
  • Get to goal weight of 155
  • Get weight out of the 200’s
  • Complete a ColorRun race
  • Complete a Mudder race
  • Complete NYCM!
